dedicated to serving seniors and their families during life's most
challenging transitions. We specialize in providing comprehensive
downsizing, decluttering, relocation, and estate liquidation
services. Our goal is to ease the stress during what can be a
difficult and overwhelming time for our clients.Our business is
driven by the realtors, senior community sales teams, estate
planners, probate attorneys, and other members of the community
helping seniors in Fairfax County, VA. We are hiring for someone
who can make those relationships with these partners in the
community helping seniors through later-life transitions. They will
be responsible for finding and establishing the relationships that
drive referrals and qualified leads within Fairfax County.The
overall goal of this position is to drive lead generation and
create new opportunities for the business through healthy and
ongoing relationships with other professionals in the community.
This is an exciting opportunity to help grow a new local
business.Major responsibility areas:
- Promote our services to Senior Communities, real estate
professionals, family law attorneys, and related businesses.
- Go to community and chamber of commerce events, reach out by
phone/email directly to local professionals, go to real estate open
houses, etc. to seek introductions and develop potential referral
partners.
- Identify, manage, and develop referral sources and educate
those sources on our services and programs. Clearly establish how
we can help them succeed by partnering. Actively pursue
opportunities by email, phone, and in person with local travel
(within Fairfax County).
- Manage and improve lead generation tracking systems and
processes, and assist in converting leads to sales.
- Schedule and present at trade shows, public education events,
and networking events to increase brand awareness.
- Support and utilize sales tools such as branded materials,
social media, sales development training and webinars, and email
campaigns.
- Work with franchisee owners to identify and establish business
needs.
- As a new small business, there will be opportunities to be
involved in client jobs or other duties as assigned to establish
this new franchise in the Western Fairfax and South Herndon
area.Job requirements include:
- Minimum 2 years experience (sales or marketing preferred) or
equivalent training or related work experience (high school diploma
required).
- Strong communication skills and English proficiency required
(written and verbal).
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and ability to
develop a rapport with business partners and clients.
- Positive mindset and strong sense of purpose with capacity to
develop a passion for the mission and vision of the franchise.
- Reliable mode of transportation.
- Valid driver's license.
- Motivated, self-starter.
- Experience with senior communities a plus.
- Previous sales and/or marketing experience a plus.
- Familiarity with seniors, estate sales, and/or senior living
communities is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel Outlook) or Google
equivalents.
- Must undergo a pre-employment background
check.Compensation:$16-$20/hour (dependent on experience) plus
performance-based incentives. Part-time. Training will be
