OverviewTraining will be provided - previous manufacturing
experience not required! Hourly wage starting at $18.80! 3rd shift
available. Bonus opportunities available!3rd shift - Sunday thru
Thursday 11pm - 7amNew Shift differentials: Third shift $1.80 per
hour
- Quarterly Attendance Bonus - associates have the potential to
earn up to $600 quarterly; just for showing up to work your
scheduled hours!
- Production Bonus - associates have the potential to earn up to
a 10% monthly bonus on their gross monthly income based on the
plant hitting production goals; potentially $275 per month (the

Assembly Associates monitor product coming out of injection molding
machines, clip/trim excess plastic, perform light assembly, and
pack product in boxes. Associates will be standing for their entire
shift, some jobs require reasonable bending and twisting to perform
duties. Parts are all light weight.We train - great opportunity for

- Handling various types of plastic products
- Checking for visible defects to ensure quality standards are
met
- Perform light assembly of parts
- Trimming
- Packaging
- Labeling
- Maintain acceptable established production rates
- Maintaining a safe and clean operationWe are committed to:

- Must be able to read, speak and understand English - High
School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Follow all company safety rules and policies to include
communicating any and all unsafe conditions, unsafe behaviors, near
misses, incidents and or accidents to a Supervisor or Manager
immediately
- Team player - must be able to report to assigned shift knowing
that co-workers depend on their attendance to meet goals
- Physically perform work - standing/moving for the entire shift,
reasonable bending and twisting, sorting and packing
- Must be able to pass a drug test and be authorized to work in
the US on a full-time basis for any employer
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred
but not required
- Troubleshooting experience, preferred but not requiredStryten
